Narrify Studio is a digital software product. As such, access to our extension and services is delivered electronically, and no physical goods are shipped.
Refunds
  • Eligibility: We offer refunds only if you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from using Narrify Studio and our support team is unable to resolve the problem.
  • Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable: Refunds are not available for:
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to meet system requirements.
  • Misuse of the software.
How to Request a Refund
Contact support@narrify.studio with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Returns
Since Narrify Studio is a downloadable product, returns are not applicable.

This Refunds & Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds are granted for purchases of Narrify Studio software and services (the “Products”). By purchasing and using the Products, you agree to this Policy.
  1. General
1.2 All sales of digital software are final. Due to the nature of electronically delivered Products, no returns of downloaded software are permitted. 1.2 Refunds will only be granted in accordance with Section 2 below.
2 Refund Eligibility
2.1 A refund may be issued if: (a) the Product contains a verified technical defect that prevents substantial use; and (b) the purchaser notifies Narrify Studio of the defect within fourteen (14) days of purchase; and (c) Narrify Studio’s technical support team is unable to resolve the defect within a commercially reasonable timeframe. 2.2 Refunds will not be granted for: (a) change of mind or discretionary dissatisfaction; (b) purchaser’s failure to meet system requirements; (c) misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification of the Product.
3 Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@narrify.studio and must include order details, proof of purchase, and a description of the defect. Narrify Studio reserves the right to require additional verification.
4 Remedies
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Narrify Studio’s sole obligation and your exclusive remedy shall be limited to the amount paid for the Product.
